Dr. Sprecace is a Board Certified Internist and Allergist (adult and
pediatric) and a practicing physician for over 47 years,
with particular specialization and experience in
Bronchial Asthma and Chronic Bronchitis.
He has been in private practice since 1963 in New London, CT, with staff members who have been with him nearly the entire time. He has been married to Therese for 48 years; they have five children.
He is Associate Clinical Professor of Medicine at Yale University School of Medicine. He is Chief of the Allergy/Immunology Service at Lawrence and Memorial Hospital, New London, CT.
He is also an attorney specializing in Health Law, a member of the Connecticut Bar, and former Adjunct Professor of Law at Quinnipiac College School of Law.
He served in the U.S. Army Medical Corps, and also served in elected public office in New London, CT.
